Laboratories ICTA
The Institute has specialized laboratories for food analysis, equipped with modern equipment and standard methodologies for research in food science and technology.
The laboratories are available for the development of research work, theses, internships and practices, both for undergraduate and graduate students and for teachers of the National University of Colombia.
The work in the laboratories is supported by an interdisciplinary group of professionals, extensively trained and permanently available to advise and facilitate the work in the laboratory.

Pilot Plants ICTA
The Institute has pilot plants for food processing, which are facilities equipped with the necessary technology for experimentation, validation, and small-scale application to study processes in the food sector.
