Research
Research in the area of Food Science and Technology at ICTA has been strengthened in recent years thanks to participation in various national and international calls for proposals. Currently, due to the importance of the food source in quality and processing considerations, projects are being carried out in the areas of meat, dairy, vegetables, apicultural products, and across the lines of quality assurance, new product development, and bioprocesses applied to food.
