Laboratory of Food sensory evaluation

The laboratory conducts research mainly with the development of master's and doctoral theses in Food Science and Technology in the area of sensory evaluation and sensory analysis.
It conducts training of tasters of ICTA's sensory panel and teaching practices for the postgraduate program in Food Science and Technology on sensory evaluation of food.

Laboratory services

  • Panelist training (maximum group of 12 people) per session of one (1) hour, with use of facilities.
  • Food tasting session (maximum group of 12 people) per hour of use of panel facilities.
  • Accompaniment in the analysis and interpretation of the results, per hour.
