
Laboratory analysis and control of Meat, fish and by-products
The increase in research on the characterization, improvement and development of new meat products has encouraged the application of instrumental physical and chemical analyses, certified at the international level, in order to guarantee quality and safety for consumers.
ICTA offers the service of physicochemical analysis of meats and their derivatives, taking into account standard methodologies and current Colombian regulations. For this purpose, it has an integral staff, trained for the development and analysis of specific tests.
