Experience
a) Demonstrate full-time university teaching experience or its equivalent of 1280 hours.
and
b) At least one (1) year of research experience related to the area of performance.
or
Two (2) years of professional experience in any of the following areas:
- Dairy product chemistry
- Technology and manufacturing of dairy products
- Functional properties of dairy products
- Interaction between milk components
- Experience in sensory analysis.
